Garden Book

     I decided I needed to keep a garden journal. This is my first year gardening, and a lot of experimenting is happening. Already, I am forgetting what I did for the things that worked or didn't, and with a journal I will have a head start on next year.

    I drew something up in paint really quick. I'm not an artist, but I love to doodle flowers. I transferred the drawing over to publisher, and then I brain stormed everything I thought might be useful to remember. It's colorful, funky and totally me. I'll print up a bunch to fill out and put it in a three ring binder. I'll add a map of my garden plots. I also kept the tags/seed packets from everything I have added to the garden, and those will go in the book as well. 

    At the library, I've been borrowing and reading tips on gardening. I'll have a section that lists all the books I read incase I want to reference them again. 

    I'm also toying with adding an idea section for what I can make with my garden bounty. Perhaps even a calendar that keeps track of what to make each month, so I can repeat the things I like next year,
